1. Xizmat haqida

iCar24 — bu axborot platformasi bo‘lib, mijozlarga eng yaqin ustani (avtoservis, shinamontaj, evakuator, yuvish va boshqa avto xizmatlar) tezda topib, buyurtma kelishuvi uchun unga bog‘lashga yordam beradi. iCar24 avto xizmatlarni o‘zi ko‘rsatmaydi va mijoz bilan usta o‘rtasidagi shartnomada tomon hisoblanmaydi.

2. Ishlash tartibi va ustani tanlash

Platforma har bir buyurtmani geolokatsiya bo‘yicha eng yaqin va mavjud ustaga avtomatik taklif qiladi. Tanlov algoritmik amalga oshiriladi — biz aniq bir ustani tanlab berishni kafolatlamaymiz va «o‘z ustam» tariqasidagi arizalarni qabul qilmaymiz. Agar usta rad etsa yoki javob bermasa, buyurtma keyingi yaqin ustaga uzatiladi.

3. Platforma komissiyasi — 5 000 so‘m

Buyurtma muvaffaqiyatli qabul qilinganda ikkala tomondan qat’iy belgilangan platforma komissiyasi 5 000 so‘m ushlanadi:

• ustadan — mijozni topish, marshrut va buyurtmaga ruxsat berish uchun;
• mijozdan — eng yaqin ustani tanlash va texnik qo‘llab-quvvatlash uchun.

Komissiya server xarajatlari, aloqa, qo‘llab-quvvatlash va xizmatni rivojlantirishni qoplaydi. Xizmatning o‘zi narxi (ta’mirlash, evakuatsiya va h.k.) mijoz bilan usta o‘rtasida to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri kelishiladi va platforma komissiyasiga kirmaydi.

4. Komissiya qaytarilmasligi

5 000 so‘mlik platforma komissiyasi hech qanday holatda qaytarilmaydi, jumladan:

• buyurtma qabul qilingandan keyin mijoz yoki usta uni bekor qilsa;
• tomonlar xizmat narxida kelisha olmasa;
• usta kechiksa, kelmasa yoki mijoz xizmatdan voz kechsa;
• bajarilgan ishning sifati mijozni qoniqtirmasa.

Bu qoida platformani suiiste’moldan himoya qiladi va allaqachon bajarilgan ishni qoplaydi — biz eng yaqin ustani topish uchun hisoblash va inson resurslarini sarflagan bo‘lamiz.

5. Tomonlarning mas’uliyati

iCar24 faqat aloqaning texnik imkoniyatini taqdim etadi va quyidagilar uchun mas’ul emas:

• haqiqatda ko‘rsatilgan xizmatlarning sifati, muddati va xavfsizligi — bu to‘liq ustaning mas’uliyati;
• mijoz bilan usta o‘rtasidagi xizmat haqi hisob-kitoblari;
• xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonida avtomobilga, mol-mulkka yoki sog‘lig‘iga yetkazilgan zarar;
• tomonlarning platformadan tashqari harakatlari yoki harakatsizligi.

Xizmat sifati, to‘lov va zararni qoplash bo‘yicha barcha da’volar mijoz va usta o‘rtasida bevosita hal qilinadi. iCar24 tomonlar o‘rtasidagi nizolarda vositachi sifatida ishtirok etmaydi va xizmat ko‘rsatish natijasida yuzaga kelgan zararlarni qoplamaydi.

6. Tomonlar o‘rtasidagi hisob-kitoblar

Xizmatning o‘zi haqi mijoz va usta o‘rtasida to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri to‘lanadi — naqd, pul o‘tkazma yoki kelishilgan boshqa usul bilan. iCar24 mijoz bilan usta o‘rtasidagi xizmat haqini qabul qilmaydi, saqlamaydi va o‘tkazmaydi. Platforma faqat buyurtma qabul qilinganda 5 000 so‘m komissiyasini ushlaydi.

7. Foydalanuvchi majburiyatlari

iCar24’da ro‘yxatdan o‘tish va foydalanish orqali siz quyidagilarni tasdiqlaysiz:

• 18 yoshga to‘lgansiz;
• ko‘rsatilgan telefon raqami sizga tegishli va shaxsni tasdiqlash uchun ishlatiladi;
• buyurtma haqida ishonchli ma’lumot taqdim qilasiz;
• O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligiga rioya qilasiz;
• usta sifatida — e’lon qilingan xizmatni ko‘rsatish huquqi va malakangiz bor.

8. Taqiqlangan harakatlar

Quyidagilar taqiqlanadi: platformani noqonuniy maqsadlarda ishlatish, iCar24 komissiyasini chetlab o‘tish (masalan, ariza olgandan keyin mijoz bilan ilovadan tashqari kelishish), soxta buyurtmalar yaratish, hisobni uchinchi shaxslarga berish, boshqa foydalanuvchilar yoki qo‘llab-quvvatlash xodimlarini haqorat qilish. Buzilish komissiyani qaytarmasdan va oldindan ogohlantirmasdan akkountni blokirovka qilishga olib keladi.

9. Shaxsiy ma’lumotlar

Biz faqat xizmat ishlashi uchun va O‘zbekiston Respublikasining shaxsiy ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risidagi qonunchiligiga muvofiq telefon raqami, geolokatsiya va buyurtmalar tarixini qayta ishlaymiz. Sizning roziligingizsiz ma’lumotlarni uchinchi shaxslarga berish taqiqlanadi, qonunda nazarda tutilgan hollar bundan mustasno.

10. Shartlar o‘zgarishi

iCar24 mazkur Shartlarni bir tomonlama o‘zgartirish huquqiga ega. Joriy tahriri har doim ilovada mavjud. O‘zgarishlardan keyin xizmatdan foydalanishni davom ettirish yangi tahrirga rozilik bildirishni anglatadi.

11. Nizolarni hal etish

Foydalanuvchi va iCar24 o‘rtasidagi barcha nizolar muzokaralar yo‘li bilan hal qilinadi. Kelishuvga erishish imkoni bo‘lmasa, nizo O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligiga muvofiq iCar24 joylashgan joyidagi sudda ko‘rib chiqiladi.

12. Qo‘llab-quvvatlash bilan aloqa

Barcha savollar bo‘yicha — ilovadagi «Qo‘llab-quvvatlash» bo‘limi.

1. О сервисе

iCar24 — это информационная платформа, которая помогает клиентам быстро найти ближайшего исполнителя (СТО, шиномонтаж, эвакуатор, мойка и другие автоуслуги) и связаться с ним для согласования заказа. iCar24 не оказывает автомобильные услуги самостоятельно и не является стороной договора между клиентом и исполнителем.

2. Принцип работы и подбор исполнителя

Платформа автоматически предлагает заказ ближайшему доступному исполнителю по геолокации. Подбор ведётся алгоритмически — мы не гарантируем выбор конкретного исполнителя и не принимаем заявки на «своего мастера». Если исполнитель отказывается или не отвечает, заказ передаётся следующему по близости.

3. Платформенная комиссия — 5 000 сум

При успешном принятии заказа с обеих сторон удерживается фиксированная платформенная комиссия 5 000 сум:

• с исполнителя — за подбор клиента, маршрут и доступ к заказу;
• с клиента — за подбор ближайшего исполнителя и техническую поддержку.

Комиссия покрывает работу серверов, связь, поддержку и развитие сервиса. Стоимость самой услуги (ремонт, эвакуация и т.д.) обсуждается напрямую между клиентом и исполнителем и в платформенную комиссию не входит.

4. Невозвратность комиссии

Платформенная комиссия 5 000 сум не возвращается ни при каких обстоятельствах, в том числе:

• если клиент или исполнитель отменил заказ после его принятия;
• если стороны не договорились о цене услуги;
• если исполнитель опоздал, не приехал или клиент отказался от услуги;
• если качество выполненной работы не устроило клиента.

Это правило защищает платформу от злоупотреблений и компенсирует уже выполненный матчинг — мы уже потратили вычислительные и человеческие ресурсы на подбор ближайшего исполнителя.

5. Ответственность сторон

iCar24 предоставляет только техническую возможность связи и не несёт ответственности за:

• качество, сроки и безопасность фактически оказанных услуг — это полная ответственность исполнителя;
• расчёты между клиентом и исполнителем за услугу;
• ущерб автомобилю, имуществу или здоровью в процессе оказания услуги;
• действия или бездействие сторон вне платформы.

Все претензии по качеству, оплате услуги и возмещению ущерба разрешаются непосредственно между клиентом и исполнителем. iCar24 не выступает посредником в спорах между сторонами и не возмещает убытки, возникшие в результате оказания услуги.

6. Расчёты между сторонами

Оплата самой услуги производится напрямую между клиентом и исполнителем — наличными, переводом или иным согласованным способом. iCar24 не принимает, не хранит и не переводит средства за услуги между клиентом и исполнителем. Платформа удерживает только комиссию 5 000 сум при принятии заказа.

7. Обязательства пользователя

Регистрируясь и пользуясь iCar24, вы подтверждаете, что:

• вам исполнилось 18 лет;
• указанный номер телефона принадлежит вам и используется для подтверждения личности;
• вы будете предоставлять достоверную информацию о заказе;
• вы соблюдаете законодательство Республики Узбекистан;
• как исполнитель — имеете право и квалификацию для оказания заявленной услуги.

8. Запрещённые действия

Запрещается: использовать платформу для незаконной деятельности, обходить комиссию iCar24 (например, договариваться с клиентом вне приложения после получения заявки), создавать фиктивные заказы, передавать аккаунт третьим лицам, оскорблять других пользователей или сотрудников поддержки. Нарушение влечёт блокировку аккаунта без возврата комиссий и без предварительного уведомления.

9. Персональные данные

Мы обрабатываем номер телефона, геолокацию и историю заказов исключительно для работы сервиса и в соответствии с законодательством Республики Узбекистан о персональных данных. Передача данных третьим лицам без вашего согласия не допускается, кроме случаев, предусмотренных законом.

10. Изменения условий

iCar24 вправе изменять настоящие Условия в одностороннем порядке. Актуальная редакция всегда доступна в приложении. Продолжая пользоваться сервисом после изменений, вы выражаете своё согласие с новой редакцией.

11. Разрешение споров

Все споры между пользователем и iCar24 решаются путём переговоров. При невозможности достижения соглашения спор рассматривается в суде по месту нахождения iCar24 в соответствии с законодательством Республики Узбекистан.

1. About the service

iCar24 is an information platform that helps clients quickly find the nearest provider (auto-service, tire shop, tow truck, car wash and other auto services) and connect with them to arrange an order. iCar24 does not provide auto services itself and is not a party to the agreement between the client and the provider.

2. How it works and provider matching

The platform automatically offers each order to the nearest available provider based on geolocation. Matching is performed algorithmically — we do not guarantee selection of a specific provider and do not accept requests for «my own master». If a provider declines or does not respond, the order is forwarded to the next nearest provider.

3. Platform fee — 5,000 UZS

When an order is successfully accepted, a fixed platform fee of 5,000 UZS is charged from both sides:

• from the provider — for client matching, routing and order access;
• from the client — for matching the nearest provider and technical support.

The fee covers server costs, communications, support and service development. The price of the service itself (repair, towing, etc.) is agreed directly between the client and the provider and is not included in the platform fee.

4. Non-refundability of the fee

The 5,000 UZS platform fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

• if the client or provider cancels the order after acceptance;
• if the parties cannot agree on the service price;
• if the provider is late, does not arrive, or the client declines the service;
• if the quality of completed work did not satisfy the client.

This rule protects the platform against abuse and compensates for matching already performed — we have already spent computational and human resources on selecting the nearest provider.

5. Liability of the parties

iCar24 provides only the technical means of connection and is not liable for:

• the quality, timing and safety of services actually rendered — this is the provider's full responsibility;
• payments between the client and the provider for the service;
• damage to vehicle, property or health during service delivery;
• actions or inaction of the parties outside the platform.

All claims regarding service quality, service payment, and damage compensation are resolved directly between the client and the provider. iCar24 does not act as an intermediary in disputes between parties and does not compensate losses arising from service delivery.

6. Settlements between parties

Payment for the service itself is made directly between the client and the provider — in cash, by transfer, or by another agreed method. iCar24 does not accept, hold, or transfer funds for services between the client and the provider. The platform only withholds the 5,000 UZS fee upon order acceptance.

7. User obligations

By registering and using iCar24 you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• the phone number provided belongs to you and is used for identity verification;
• you will provide truthful information about the order;
• you comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• as a provider — you have the right and qualifications to deliver the declared service.

8. Prohibited actions

It is prohibited to: use the platform for unlawful activities, bypass the iCar24 fee (e.g. arranging with the client outside the app after receiving the request), create fake orders, transfer the account to third parties, insult other users or support staff. Violations result in account blocking without fee refund and without prior notice.

9. Personal data

We process your phone number, geolocation, and order history solely for the operation of the service and in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Sharing data with third parties without your consent is not allowed except in cases provided by law.

10. Changes to the Terms

iCar24 may unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version is always available in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

11. Dispute resolution

All disputes between the user and iCar24 are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be heard in a court at iCar24's location in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
